a. Autotech will not accept unauthorized returns of any type. If you feel a return is warranted, please contact our sales dept for a return authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid. There are no exceptions.

b. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge at our discretion.

c. We do not accept returns after 60 days from invoice date.

d. There are no returns on electrical parts or special ordered parts.

e. There are no returns on used or damaged parts unless found to be defective by us.
