Policies
Warranty
All items in this catalog are warranted by their
manufacturer to be free from defects in manufacture, material, and workmanship
prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty.
This warranty is limited, at our option, to be repair, replacement, or credit
of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be
at our sole discretion, unless not manufactured by Autotech Sport Tuning
Corporation, in which case the manufacture assumes this task. All competition
and racing parts are sold as is without any warranty whatsoever. Implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such
parts rests with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their
purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes
the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
Shipping
All shipping is freight collect
by most economical means, usually via UPS Ground Service. We also offer express
delivery via UPS 3 Day Select, Second Day Air (Blue Label), Next Day Air (Red Label), and Next Day
Saturday Delivery for additional charges. All freight charges will be added to
the invoice, except in the case of truck and some air-cargo shipping, where the
carrier will usually collect freight charges directly.
Claims
Obvious damage to packages must
be noted by the customer on the carriers Bill of Landing at the time or
receipt. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier immediately, usually
within 7 days. In both cases, damages are to be settled between the customer and
the carrier. We will assist the customer if and when necessary. Our errors,
i.e., misshipment, etc., will be handled immediately after being brought to our
attention. We recommend that you verify shipment contents before attempting
installation or use.
